Onion powder 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp / to taste Oil (for greasing) as required Spring onion (chopped) as required Cooked chicken as required Mozzarella cheese (grated) as required Ingredients for Sauce: Ketchup 3 tbsp. Mayonnaise 1/2 cup Chili sauce 2 tbsp. Honey 1 tbsp. White pepper powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1 pinch Mustard paste 1/2 tsp Ingredients for Dipping Batter: All-purpose flour 1 cup Red chili flakes 1 tbsp. Corn flour 2 tbsp. Baking powder 1/2 tsp Milk 1 cup Garlic powder 1/2 tsp Chili sauce 2 tbsp. Salt 1 pinch / to taste Paprika powder 1 tsp Ingredients for Assembling: Egg Bites as required Dipping batter as required Bread crumbs as required Oil (for frying) as required Directions for Chicken Preparation: 1. In a pan heat oil and add chicken, garlic powder, chicken powder, Italian herbs, red chili flakes and cook until water dries out. Your chicken is ready. Set aside. Directions for Egg and Chicken Mixture Preparation: 2. In a bowl add eggs, white pepper, baking powder, red chili flakes, onion powder, and salt and whisk well. 3. Grease baking pan with oil and add egg mixture. Cover it with aluminum foil. Steam it in steamer for 10 minutes over low flame. 4. Remove the lid of steamer, remove aluminum foil, sprinkle green onion on half cooked egg, add cooked chicken and cheese, cover it again with aluminum foil and steam for 10 minutes on low flame. 5. Take off flame and let it cool at room temperature. Directions for Sauce Preparation: 6. In a bowl add ketchup, mayo, chili sauce, honey, white pepper powder, salt, mustard paste and mix well. Your sauce is ready. Set aside. Directions for Dipping Batter Preparation: 7. In a bowl add flour, corn flour, paprika, baking powder, garlic powder, chili sauce. Salt, milk and whisk well to form thick paste. Your dipping batter is ready. Set aside. Directions for Assembling: 8. Take the prepared steamed egg and cut it into cubes. 9. Dip the cubes into dipping batter, coat them in bread crumbs. 10. In a pot heat oil and add coated egg bites, fry until crispy and golden brown. 11.
