Ingredients:

Oil 2 tbsp

Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp

Elbow Macaroni (boiled) 2 cups

Carrots (chopped) 1 cup

Capsicum (chopped) 1 cup

Cabbage (chopped) 1 cup 

Vinegar 2 tbsp

Soy sauce 3 tbsp

Chili sauce 3 tbsp

Chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp

Salt 1 tsp / to taste

Black pepper crushed 2 tsp

Directions:

1. In a pan add oil and garlic sauté it for 1 minute. Then add carrots, capsicum and cabbage in it. Let them cook for 2 mins on high flame.

2. Now add salt and black pepper and mix it well. Add vinegar, soya sauce, chili sauce, chili garlic sauce and cook for a minute.

3. Then add macaroni toss well over high flame for a minute.

4. Your vegetable macaroni is ready.
