Ingredients for chicken marination: 

Chicken boneless 1/2 kg 

Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp 

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp 

White pepper powder 1/2 tsp 

Paprika powder 1/2 tsp 

Vinegar 1 tbsp 

Mustard paste 1/2 tsp 

Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp

Lemon juice 1 tbsp 

Ingredients for cold milk batter:  

Flour 4 tbsp 

Corn flour 4 tbsp 

Baking powder 1 tsp 

Salt to taste 

White pepper powder 1/2 tsp 

Milk (cold) 3/4 cup 

Paprika powder 1/2 tsp 

Hot sauce 3 tbsp 

Ingredients for coating: 

Flour 1 cup 

Corn flour 3 tbsp 

Baking powder 1 tsp 

Salt to taste 

Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp 

Ingredients for Arabian rice: 

Guard Basmati Rice 2 cups 

Oil 1/4 cup 

Black peppercorn 1/2 tsp 

Cloves 4 

Green cardamom 4

Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp 

Salt to taste 

Water 3 cups 

Yellow food color 1 tsp 

Green chilies as required

Ingredients for sauce: 

Sweet chili sauce 1/2 cup 

Chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp 

Hot sauce 1 tbsp 

Lemon juice 1 tbsp 

Salt to taste 

Red chili flakes 1 tsp 


Directions: 

In a bowl add chicken cubes, salt, black pepper, paprika, white pepper, chili garlic sauce, mustard paste, ginger garlic paste, vinegar and lemon juice. Mix well and marinate it for 30 minutes.

Now add 2 cups of Guard Basmati rice in a bowl and soak them in water for 25 minutes.

In another bowl, add all-purpose flour, corn flour, salt, white pepper, paprika, hot sauce, and chilled milk, and baking powder. Whisk well until no lumps remain. Your cold milk batter is ready set aside

In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, corn flour, salt, black pepper, baking powder and mix until all ingredients are well combined. Your flour mix is ready set aside. 

Now take a chicken cube, dip it in your milk batter and then dust it in flour mixture gently with the help of your fingers forming flakes and put it in a separate plate.

Heat oil in a deep-frying pan and fry your crumbed chicken cubes in it until light golden brown or fully cooked. Take out of the pan and set aside.

In a small bowl, add sweet chili sauce, chili garlic sauce, hot sauce, red chili flakes, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well and your sauce is ready set aside.

Now, heat oil in a pot, sauté black peppercorns, Cloves and green Cardamom for 2-3 minutes. Now, add soaked rice and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add salt, and garam masala powder and cook for another 2 minutes. Now add 3 cups of water and cook until water starts to evaporate completely and rice starts to get visible. 

Add yellow food color and green chilies and cover with the lid and let Cook for 10 minutes on very low flame. Take off the lid and give your rice a good mix. Your rice is ready.

Dish out the rice in a plate/bowl. Top it with fried chicken and sauce.

Your tasty KFC style Arabian style is ready to serve.
