Ingredients:

Rice 500gms (Boil in Water)

Chicken 400gms

Salt 1/2tsp

Red Chili Flakes 1tsp

Black Pepper 1/2tsp

Garam Masala 1/2tsp

Vinegar 1tbs

Soya Sauce 1tbs

Oil 1tbs

Garlic Paste 1tbs

Capsicum 1 medium size

Onion 1/2 medium size

Green Chilies 2 seeded


Garam Masala 1pinch for seasoning in rice

Chicken Powder 1pinch for seasoning in rice

Directions:

● First boil the rice.

● In wok add cooking oil. Then add garlic paste soothe it.

● Add chicken in it. When its colour change add black paper cook chicken.

● Add onion in it stirr it when the color change add capsicum.

● Add all spices cook for 5 to 10 mint add the boil rice
